The Schreiber Kings travelled to Thunder Bay on the weekend to par- ticipate in a 12-team invitational Ban- tam Hockey Tournament sponsored by the Fort William Minor Hockey Association. On Friday, Dec. 5, Schreiber met the Nip-Rock Rangers in their first game with Nipigon, skating to a 6-3 win. Sheil and Lasook had two each for Nipigon with Dunbar and Czigli get- ting. singles. Replying for Schreiber was David Figliomeni with two and Mike Duhaime with one. On Saturday morning, a vastly im- proved effort by the Kings produced a well-earned 3-1 victory over the An- drews team from Thunder Bay. Dale Wilson, David Figliomeni and Christopher Commisso scored for Schreiber with Rob Dixon picking up the single goal for Andrews.
