Police responded to a call requesting assistance in removing an unwanted per- son from a_ private residence. One Theft of Over $200 was reported by Kimberly Clark. Police were called regar- ding a noise complaint in the Township. The culprit was advised to 'test' out his vehicle elsewhere. One Committal Warrant was served on a _ local resident. A bicycle was found and claimed by owner. Police were given infor- mation that a previously charged person may be breaching his probation. Further investigation revealed the complaint was unfounded. A complaint of harrass- ing phone calls was in- vestigated. To receive his vendors permit this year, Mr. Fillion must sign an agree- ment with the Town that states he must vacate the premises by October 15, 1985. Under the new proposed highway Commercial Zon- ing Law put forth by Coun- cil, the definition of building will change and Mr. Fillion's converted bus will no longer fall into the building definition as it now stands. Therefore, if the by-law is passed, Mr. Fillion will not be allowed to return to the site he now occupies, unless he changes the structure, and becomes a permanent building.
