Winter Carnival Update The Schreiber Parks and Recreation Depart- ment is offering Schrei- ber residents a FREE public skate session on Friday, March 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. All interested people are encouraged to join the fun. The concession booth and games room hosting a Youth Dance for local youth of ages 13 to 18.
