This proposal has been forwarded to the Thunder Bay Children's Services Working Group, where, with other community proposals, it will be developed into a district network proposal. A meet- ing of the Tocal Working Group will be held to discuss and re- view the district proposal when it is completed. Copies of the local proposal will be placed in the public libraries in Schreiber and Terrace Bay for anyone interested in reading it. Coupal 199 ATOM HOCKEY NEWS This past weekend the Terrace Bay 'Atoms travelled to Mani touwadge for an exhibition game with the Manitouwadge Atoms. Terrace Bay returned home as victors with a 4 = 1 score. Emmett Houston led the Terrace Bay team with 2 goals. Singles were scored by Heath Walton and Kenton Klassen. Mani touwadge will return here for a game on Sunday after- noon February 25. The Atoms are busy preparing for the North-Shore Tourna- ment to be held in Manitouwadge, March 10 and 11. In April Terrace Bay Atoms will be in Thunder Bay for the ETk's Tournament, April 6 - 8. As a result of better than expected op- erations of Ontario Hydro in 1978,. this u- tility will be receiving a discount on bulk power purchased from Ontario Hydro in 1979. The exact amount of this discount will not be known until early 1979, but it is cur- rently estimated that it will reduce our pore revenue requirement by approximately 5.6%. Therefore your bills during 1979 based on metered consumption will reflect this discount.
