BADMINTON BOYS DOUBLES - [ In the extra-curricular boys badminton programme at St. Martin School eight teams of doubles were posted and played-: off. The boys in the picture above were the two top teams which eventually reached the finals for the championship. In this final game Danny Vienneau ard Michel Comier (on the right) played and beat Joe Kennedy and Richard Gramatowski by a score of 22-6 after two games. Everyone that took part in: the extra-curricular badminton programme receives a crest bearing the word Badminton. The champions get a trophy for, winning the tournament. It started on January 16th and ended with the cham= pionship on March 10th. three girls! doubles finalists played off in a round robin. The three teams were 1 - Kim Dakin and Donna Shynkaryk; 2 - Angie Morriseau and Bonna Lapenskie and 3 - Laura Zwaresh and Lorna Zwaresh.
