TERRACE BAY ~~ POLICE DEPARTMENT 13 FEBRUARY 1978 During the period of February 5th to 12th, members of the Terrace Bay Police Force were called upon to investigate 17 occurrences. On February 5th, the fender light on the police cruiser was damaged while police were making a patrol of the games room in the Recreation Centre. Also on this date a quantity of change was stolen from a donation jar at the Recreation Centres This matter is still under investigation. During the past week, the police were called to three dom- estic complaints and welfare was given out on two occasions. Threg motorists were charged with speeding and two local per- sons were charged under the Liquor Licence Act. On Feb. 10th, police investigated a break and enter at Cam -eron's Texaco. A quantity of money and gasoline was stolen during this break in. Also being investigated are 2 fail to remain at accident; theft of a tape deck and speakers and they attended at a Fire.
