DECEMBER 7, 1977 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 19 * ANNUAL MEETING OF C.P.R. EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION: F.V. Harness presid- ed for the 27th annual meeting of the C.P.R. Employees (Schreiber) Credit Union held in the Town Hall on Nov. 25th. Jim Zebruck, League Representative of the Ontario Credit Union League Ltd., and Cal Claypole of CUMIS were welcomed as guests. Mr. Harness read the report of the Board of Directors of the year's work, with some recom- mendations. The report stated 1977 ranks as . the best year in the Union's history with membership increased ,- from 368 to 415. The Delinquent com= mittee reported only one name on their list. The Board paid tri- bute to the excellent work and courtesy of Mrs. Sylvia Aylward, treasurer-manager and her assistant, Mrs. Marlene Doig. New officers elected included Borden Ross, Stanley Kusik and Yvon Beauparlant to the Board of Directors for three year terms and Camille Perras, for one year; Hobden Spikula to the Credit committee for three years and Robert McParland for one year; Cyril Sparkes to the Supervisor Commi -ttee for three years. Mr. Zebruck congrat- ulated the members on their good year, sug- gesting an effort be made to involve younger members. Mr. Claypole expres- sed his pleasure in be- ing able to attend.
