PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS: A very successful parent teacher interview evening was held at both campus of the Lake - Superior High School on Thursday, November 17th. At the beginning of the evening Mr. Hamilton gave a short talk on the English Pro- gram and Mr. Cooper on the Mathematics Program. This was followed 'by individual interviews. YEARBOOK WORKSHOP: A workshop for students producing yearbooks was held at the Schreiber campus on Wednesday, November 16th. Mr. Erskine from Intercolle- giate Press in Winnipeg ran the workshop for students from Schreiber, Terrace Bay, Marathon, Geraldton and Red Rock. ENGAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT Mr. and Mus. Robert Deutschen are pleased to announce the engagement of thein daughter Rosemarie to Mr. Reginald Arthur Spoljanich, son of Mr. Michael Spoljarnich of Nipigon and Mrs. A. Spoljarich of Thunder Bay. The wedding will take place on-December 17th at the Terrace Bay Community Church. NORM KRISTJANSON POP CONCERT On Tuesday, November 29th, Norm Kristjanson will agian visit Terrace Bay to entertain those who enjoy organ music. The Place - Birchwood Terrace. The Time - 7:30 p.m. admission is free. For those who wish, Norm will show how mus- icians as well as beginners can get the most out of todays advances in electronic organs. So come down to the spacious lounge at the Birchwood Terrace home to relax and enjoy some good music by: Norman at the Lowery Organ. For Schreiber residents, Norm will be at the Chimo Club on the same date at 2:30 p.m., to entertain those who wish to drop in and enjoy an afternoon of fine organ music. Again the admission is free. So take an hour or so of your shopping time to relax and enjoy some fine music for young and old. Everyone is-welcome. MARTIN'S SEPARATE SCHOOL LIBRARY - TERRACE BAY At the meeting on Nov. 8th those people present decided to form a craft club for the Terrace Bay, Schreiber, Rossport area. Many roads in our area used by snowmobi- lers have gates or cable barriers which could result in injury or death to careless snowmobile operators and damage to their snowmobiles. We wish to remind all those who might use roads in the area, of these potential hazards, and emphasize the need for care and common sense in snowmobiling. Please note that no unauthorized person is entitled to use the private roads of Kimberly-Clark of Canada Limited.
