He was presented with the a- ward at a recent gonvention in Toronto of pro- fessional photographers of Canada. He is one of three to receive the award this year on a Canada-wide basis and one of twenty to win the award in Canada so far. : Douglas is 'the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Spillane of Schreiber.
