The C.W.L. of Terrace Bay entertained the residents of Birchwood Terrace, Monday, Decem- ber I6th. A colourful aquarium and four fish was pre- sented as a Christmas gift. The ladies set it up completely in the lobby sitting room where all may see and enjoy it. Tea, coffee and lunch was served, making it a most pleasant afternoon. J Tuesday, December I7th the Chimo Club of Schreiber made their Christmas visit to the i home. This large cheerful group of Senior Cit- izens made an active afternoon in the home ser. 4 ing as they knew so many of our people. x I974 Annual Christmas Party sonore They brought in boxes of tangerine oranges candy and lunch goodies which everyone thorou- ghly enjoyed. Also, Tuesday, December I6th the Catholic Women 's' League of Rossport generously sent a huge box of chocolates to add to the many de- lights the residents have received. Wednesday night the guides and brownies of Terrace Bay came in to sing Christmas 'songs and® carols for the residents. This large group of smiling children were in full voice and the lobby rang out with the cheer. Hot chocolate was served for the children, coffee for adults and Christmas cookies for all | A Christmas Pointsetta plant was received by Mr. Otto Maki on behalf of the residents.
