Mrs. Gertrude Soughton, Mrs. Julie Rattray and Curly Hale were the judges, aided by Mrs. Ollie Chapman and Gerry Dupas. Winners in the pre-schoolers Best Costumes and Decorated Prams or Bikes were = Tracy Clark, Lisa Fournier, Kevin Roberts and Mary Anne Kostiuk. In the 6-8 class for costumes, prize winners were Michelle Luke, Sabina Burhmann and Cathy Ramsay. In the 9-12 Best Dressed Costumes, winners were Leslie McBride and Cheryl Moore, Ted Coupal, and Marie Rochon.
