Three St. Martin's School pupils eager to go out for "trick- or-treats" for UNICEF this Halloween. Left to right - Linda Paukstys, John Bruno and Mindy Gorman. While visiting in Scotland, the Canadian curlers will be billeted in private homes in Glasgow and Aviemore, and at other times in hotels, courtesy of the Scottish Ladies Curling Club Association. Places where curling will take place are Glasgow Dundee, Kiraldy, Perth, Aviemore, Inverness, Pebbles, Edinburgh, Hamilton, Kelso, Lockerbie, Ayr and Stranraer. "Between November 4th and November 29th, the ladies will play 29 games. But it won't be a!l work, as the Scottish Ladies Curling Association has planned tours, receptions, teas, cocktail hours and dinners, to make the whole tour an unforgettable ex- perience. Peggy will carry momentoes of the local district to the host curlers, including Club pins, amethyst, brochures from Thunder Bay and Terrace Bay, des- cribing the area, the industries and the recreational facilities, as well as coins commemorating the amalgamation of the two Lakehead cities. Also she will take guest pen sets, made of local stones by Stu Reid, of Terrace Bay and donated by the local Township Council .
