Fournier has returned home after a lengthy holiday with her family in various points in the east. TOWN TOPICS Dawn Robin Dott of Winnipeg was baptized in St. John's Anglican Church in Schreiber by the Rev. A. Chabot, while visiting here with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dott. The godparents were Miss Linda Birch and Brian Birch, the baby's aunt and uncle. Mrs. R.M, Dott also of Winnipeg, Dawn's grandmother, also attended the ceremony. While in Schreiber the group were the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Godfred Birch = Mrs. Dott's parents. The Schreiber Br. 109, Royal Canadian Legion, have completed their plans for the marking of Remembrance Day, starting with the veteran's par- ade to the cenotaph at 10:50. Fred Gould will be the bugler and the address will be given by the Rev. F.J. Meyer. From 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. there will be a social hour in the Legion hall followed by the annual banquet. In the evening a cabaret party will be enjoyed. ROSSPORT TOWN TOPICS Mr. and Mrs. Tony Minoletti, Gino Minoletti and Mr. and Mrs. Norman Willis Jr. of Thunder Bay were weekend visitors with Mr. and Mrs. P. Testori. Mr. and Mrs. Lenard lbey were weekend visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Alf Bull at Wawa, Ont. Adolph King visited his brother Joseph King in Thunder Bay over the weekend. Mrs. Mary Boudreau left Saturday for Timmins, Ont., after holidaying with relatives here the past fortnight. Gordon Merser of Campbell, Croft, Ont., Les Udurhali and Bob Godlaquski of Port Hope, Ont., Mr. and Mrs. Albert Mels of Viottoria, Ont., spent the past week hunting on Bowman Island and were successful in obtaining their moose. cont'd page 17 ......
