The bride, given in marriage by her father, chose a juliet gown of silk organza over taffeta, with long full sleeves cuffed with shirred lace. Her bouffant veil was caught to a garland of re- embroidered daisies with brilliant centres and she carried a white prayerbook on which shirred lace held pink roses and lily of the valley, the long pink streamers knotted with rosebuds and lily of the valley. The bride had four attendants = Monica Gauthier, sister of the groom as maid of honor, Cathy McGrath, and Nancie Spillane, as bridesmaids and Teresa Cos- grove, niece of the bride, as flower girl. They wore similarly styled gowns of pink and white silk chiffon over taffeta. The white fitted bodices were enhanced by venise lace forming ring collars and in ruffles down the full length of the gibson sleeves. The long full skirts were in pink.
