JULY 28, 1971 TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 5 SEPARATE SCHOOL BOARD MEETING The regular meeting of the Schreiber-Terrace Bay District Roman Catholic Separate St hool * Board was held on Mon- day, July 19th, at 7 p. m., in St. Martins School, Terrace Bay. In attendance were: Mrs. M. Helmink, Mrs. M. Bouchard, L. Bourke, Y. Beauparlant, M. Nicol. and G. Ramsay. Minutes of the June meeting were adopted as read. Operating ex= pensss for the month of June in the amount of $63,254.00 were adop- ted for payment. New teachers at Holy Angels School for the coming year will be Miss Brenda Lalonde and Miss Elizabeth Dobush. Mr. George Matys will be our Academic Administrator for the year 1971 = 72. Mr. Matys is. qualified both as a elementary and as a secondary school teacher. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Arts Degree in Education as well as a Specialist Certificate in Guidance. The Canadian Catholic Trustees Annual Conven= tion will be held in "Thunder Bay in September Mr. M. Nicol report- ed that the electrical work is being completed at both schools.
