PATRICK'S DAY CARD PARTY A St. Patrick's Day Card Party will be held in the Community Church hall on Wednesday night, March 17th, at 8:15 p.m. Bridge and whist , good prizes . A Human Rights Conference for Northern Ontario and Northwestern Quebec will be conducted March 12, 13, and 14 at the Elliot Lake Centre for con- tinuing education. The aim of the conference will be to identify Human Rights aspect for those in Northern Ontario and Northwestern Quebec and to define positive methods of dealing with individual problems on a community level.
