TERRACE BAY NEWS PAGE 3 Clrisimas messa As we approach the Christmas season everything, it seems, gets just a little bit better; communications improve, the little barriers between people are lowered and the spirit of co-operation picks up to the point where we find ourselves actually looking around for people we can help. In our own way this is the day-to-day climate we have been trying to develop here in our operations over the past year = and with some success | think; one can observe _ steady, profitable progress of both the mill and people of the town. As Manager at the mill, | commend all employees for the role they have played in this achievement. "A good organization", President Carruthers stated last week "doesn't just happen; it is the result of a lot of people wanting to make it happen". But enough of talking shop = in just a few days we will be right in the middle of the most joyous festival the world has ever known. Mrs. Ferrier and | sincerely hope that every family, every boy and girl, has a delightful holiday and that no accidents, on or off-duty, will prevent full enjoyment of it. We hope to see many of you in the next few days but to everyone we wish a * Merry Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year. John Ferrier, j Mill Manager
