The business is a branch of the Western Tire and Auto Supplies, but carried a wide variety of other merchandise. Favors were given to men and women, and small boys delighted in perching cowboy hats on top of cozy porkas. The ribbon was cut by Reeve Fred Harness, who offered the formal good wishes of the town fo Mr. Speziale. > : Dean J.M. Cano, Rev. E.C. Prinselaar and Douglas Beattie of the Montreal heordquorsers of the firm all spoke briefly. Marc Lessard of Montreal also was present for the opening. Winners of the Money Tree were Mrs. Jean Carmichael, Schreiber, Mrs. A. Berndtsson and E. Hickerson, Terrace Bay and Mrs. Shubridge won the television.
