At the end of 6 games of the first half of the schedule, the "Lindskoogian" Engineers are leading the pack. Very close behind the Engineers we find Nick Chopty's Firebugs, who, by trouncing the Bears for 4 points last P.M., keep right on the Engineers heels, Good scratch scorcs for the night were: Clarence Buck 209 (511 for 3), Jim Rowley 163, 187, 165 (515 for 3), Willy ademo 176, 147, 157 (480 for 3). After tossing in a scant 99 for his first gome, Bob Shirriff came right back with a dandy 208 game followed by a 165 for 472 for 3, as his team, the Overheads bowed to the Enginecrs 3-1, Gary Galvin rolled a solid 219 for the biggest game of the night as Whitfisld's Shift #1 bowed tc the Warehousemen in a contest that was decided by the scant margin of 4 pins when the smoke cleared. Gary's 496 for 3 for the night puts him right up thore with the big guns. Edmond 215. I wonder, did the score keeper put in what D. Felton bowled or her handicap of 57 so that she could meke the honour roll this week, Believe it or not, no men meske the honour list this week, Bay Beavers, by taking 3 points from Tyros and the Rockets doing the same with the Pin Dusters have made it a 3 way go for first place, Standings to Date Tyros 13 Spanners 10 Rockets 13 Sleepers 8 Bay Beavers 13 Pin Dusters 7 Inn Mates Ji Bombers L BIG 5 Ladies Men Harrison O., 187 Baek!
