"In view of the fact that many of our religious organizations, service clubs and parents are becoming more and more consern~ ed about the increasing amount of obscene and filthy literature and picture magazines appearing on our news stands, be it resolved that the Kiwanis Club of Terrace Bay is unanimously behind any organized cffort to protect the morals of our children and that our Government should act accordingly." This resolution was sent out to both the Rt, Hon, C.D, Howe, M.P, and the Prime Minister of Canada Rt. Hon. L,S.
