MAY 21,1970 BASKETBALL The Recently the boys of Grade 7 and 8, Holy Angel's Harp Angels School chal- lenged their teachers toa "duel" of basketball . 'The challenge read, "We the boys of Grade 7 and 8 challenge you conceited teachers to a duel of basketball ." Top scorers for the boys were Mario Figliomeni - 9 points and Clifford Lavigne with 8 points. Teacher's top scorers were Harold Shack - 8 points and John Small - 5 points. The boys lost 29-26. LAKEHEAD GAMES On April IIth the grade 7 and 8 boys went up to the Lakehead to play at St. Anne's High School. There they played ageinst St. Anne's in the morning #nd won 21 - 12. At 1:00 p.m. they met Nipigon Public and won 34 - 12. Later at 3:00 p.m. they played against Sf. Edward's and won 15 - 12.
