Dues. must be paid in full this year by May 23rd, so if you wish to pay them in install- ments, we urge you to get a start on them now. ca AFTERNOON AUXILIARY The Afternoon Group of the Ladies Auxiliary, Com- munity Church, met on Mon. afternoon, with Mrs. J. Schritt presiding. Mrs. Schritt welcomed the ladies and called upon Mrs. J. Brooks to read the Scrip- ture. Mrs. L. Harris gave the secretary's report and the financial statement. Correspondence included a letter of thanks from the Cancer Society for a recent donation. Mrs. Harris read a letter from the Pastoral Oversight Committee, asking for Mothers to volunteer to serve Communion on Mother's Day Sunday, if the ladies. agreed to this as acceptable. Opinion was divided. The idea will also be presented to the evening group at their next meeting. The evening group will meet on Monday, May 4th, at which time their guest Continued page 10...
