By the time the Fathers vs Boys broomball game was underway, most of the parents and children had succumbed to the cool weather and had retired to the warmer climate of the Jamaican atmosphere in the basement of the church. In spite of the lack of spectators, the Fathers vs Boys game was a rowdy success with the Fathers defeating the boys 6-2. The activities in the basement of St. Martin's Church included a fish-pond, dart-throwing and othe games of skill. A bake table provided a variety of culinary delicacies and a hot dog supper was served. There were several draw held. The winners are. |! as follows: "Chinese Auction" for a box of baked good was won by Mr. F. Sechesky. "Bunny Cake" was won by Lois Caron. "Chocolate Easter Bunny" was won by Carole Waghorn.
