MARCH 5, 1970 TERRACE BAY NEWS ae PAGE 15. carried out their graveside service. The honorary pall bearers were Alfredo Spadoni, Aldo Eusebi (Stratford), Doug Drysdale (Toronto), A.B. McCuaig and Tony Cenerelli and George ¢ Cataford. The active bearers were all grand nephews - Bryan Duffy, Mark Caccamo, Patrick Spadoni, Paul Caccamo, Bart and Paul Cebrario. _ Interment was in Schreiber cemetery. Mr. Spadoni is survived by his wife, Rosa, a daughter, Adriana (Mrs. William Bulger) of Kitchener two. grandchildren, John Bulger, of Etobicoke, and Miss Joan Bulger, of Toronto, two brothers, Attilio and Agusto, of White River and many younger relations in Schreiber and the district. Although respected as an astute business man, it was for his other qualities that the entire community paid its last tributes to him. He delighted in sharing in community affairs, by both interest and donations, and despite his own prosperity had a very real comp- assion for others less fortunate, his kindness according to the need, both impulsive and considered and never a public gesture. He was a happy person, delighting in social gatherings, a good host, and a welcome guest in others' homes. Evidence of the esteem in which he was held was shown in the hundreds of tributes, floral mass cards and messages from friends and. business firms across Canada from Italy . Attending the service from out of town were Mr. and Mrs. William Bulger, Kitchener, Mr. and Mrs. Alfredo Spadoni, and Mrs. and Mrs. Aldo Eusebi, Stratford, Mr. and Mrs. Attilio Spadoni, Mr. and Mrs. Reno Spadoni, Mrs. Stan Deluce, Walter Spadoni, Mr. and Mrs. Naldo Bracci, Mrs. Aldo Bittalo, Mr. and Mrs. Hecot Sanchioni, Mrs. Louise Tarini, Mr. and Mrs. Alberto Brazzoni, all of White River; Mrs. Greg O'Connor, Chapleau; Douglas Drysdale, Toronto; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Duffy, Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Caccamo, Guy Caccamo, Hal Taylor, Bert Badanai Jr., Robert McLaren, of Thunder Bay; Mr. Stoney Avery, Winnipeg; Mr. Shuffleboard Tournament - cont'd from page 14 ... McCauig. a eae EGINO SPADONI BURIED IN SCHREIBER Impressive funeral rites were conducted in Holy Angels Roman Catholic Church, Schreiber for the late Egino (Gino) Spadoni on February 24th. Mr. Spadoni died in hospital on February 22nd at the age of 84 following a long illness. Rev. Dean J.M. Cano conducted the service, with Stan and Mike Spadoni, Pat and Mike Mulli- gan (great nephews of the deceased) and Gene Ross, as Altar boys. Other relations taking part included Giovanni Cebrario, choir leader and soloist, Mrs. G. Cebrario, Mrs. Jack Caccamo, Mrs. Gino Caccamo and Mr. and Mrs. Pat Mulligan in the choir. Jack Caccamo and Joe Speziale were ushers. There was a guard of honor of St. Edward's Council, Knights of Columbus (Schreiber and Terrace Bay) and the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 109, Terrace Bay; Harry Timco, Gurney; Mr. and Mrs. Herb Legault, Charlie Todesco, Mrs. Angelo Testori, Rossport and many other friends from the district.
