A telegram was read from the President of the Sault Ste. Marie Chapter congratulating the new Chapter . Mrs. Stokes brought greetings from her hus- band, and his regrets at not being able to attend. However, he pledged his | support to the Chapter. Reeve Cavanaugh spoke on behalf of the Council and People of Terrace Bay, and Reeve Harness 'added his good wishes from the Council and People of Schreiber .
