BOYS" WIN VOLLEYBALL CHAMPION- SHIP On Saturday, November 15th Terrace Bay High School hosted the Annual NSSSAA East-West Volley ball Championships for both girls and boys. The East and West division champions were decid- ed last week. All games played were on a best two out of three basis. Schreiber High girls easily won their champion- ship by defeating the girls from Manitouwadge in two straight games. * The second match featured the Eastern Champ Marathon boys versus the Western Champ Terrace Bay boys. Marathon started fast by winning the opening game 15-9. In the second and what could have been the deciding game the Terrace Bay boys again fell behind with the score at one point stand- ing at 13-11 in favour of Marathon. However a strong Terrace Bay rally won the game 15-13 to force a third and deciding game. In this one Mara= thon could not seem to get started and Terrace Bay handily defeated them 15-4 to win the boys' Champ- ionship for the second consecutive year.
