WEEKLY REPORF FROM THE SCHREIBER DETACHMENT ONTARIO PROVINCIAL POLICE During the past week, the Schreiber Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police investigated 5 motor vehicle accidents, which resulted in approximately $785 .00 in property damage. From September 8 to 14th, members of this Detach- ment patrolled 3,391 miles of highways and logged 184 working hours . There were 5 persons charged under the Highway Traffic Act; 15 persons were warned and 42 vehicles were given safety checks. Six persons were charged under the Liquor Control Act. : One theft of gasoline was reported, this case is still under investigation. One automobile was report ed as stolen and later located by the owner. One Missing Girl from Toronto was located and returned | to her home. One Alleged Kidnapping, which later led to the arrest of two subjects who were charged with Break, Enter and Theft under the Criminal Code, as well as two other Criminal Code Charges. M.
