Oratory awards were giv=: en to the two public speakers, Marlyn MacDonald and Mary Clare Coupal. Librarian Marcia Kettle received her tab. It was announced that Lynn Simmer and: George Dashkewytch had been chosen to attend Ontario Leadership Camp at Lake Couchi- ching. Athlete of the Year Awards were presented to Lynn Simmer, as outstanding girl athlete, and Bob Broadhurst, as outstanding boy athlete. Rod Mercure thanked everyone for making it the best year ever at Terrace Bay High School. The only things remaining are the exams, which will be finished on the 11th of June, and the Prom and Graduation ceremonies on June 24th. See photos by D. Fields on page 13. A RED CROSS LEADER PATROL COURSE will be held in Red Rock from June 24th - 28th. This is a lead-up to the Red Cross Instructors Award which en ables successful applicants to instruct in the Red Cross Program. It is now MANDATORY for all ap- plicants to an Instructors Course to have passed the Leader Patrol Course. Persorls: 16 years of age who hold a Life Saving Award are eligible.
