This year's total disbursements of $6,167.50 sets a new record and augurs well for the generosity of Terrace Bay residents. Once again your local Hydro Department in con- junction with the Kiwanis Club, are sponsoring a holiday season home decoration contest. Red is the Centennial sign colour and blue is the colour chosen by Expo '67. Home owners could effectively contribute to the over-all affect in town by including in their seasonal decorative efforts, some type of lighting which would make Terrace Bay "sparkle" for the whole Centennial year.
