Mrs .G .Nugent has enjoyed the company of her parents, Mr.and Mrs.E.Laurin of Lachute, P.Q. Mrs .Aggie Sinkins took a trip back to Scotland for the first time since 1919. After flying to London she travelled by train to Aberdeen where she spent two weeks visiting relatives and the many places of interest around there. A visit was made to both Glas gow and Edinburgh before the trip ended. CENTENNIAL CALENDAR BEGINS TO SHAPE UP At the last meeting of the Centennial committee a tentative list of events was presented with the first slated for December 2nd this year when the Commun- ity Church Auxiliary will sponsor a Fashion Show , Portraits of the Past. The Interfaith Group will sponsor services on New Year's Day, 1967 and also Thanksgiving Day. In March the Ladies Curling Club will sponsor the North Western Ontario Ladies Curling Championships and the Annual Snow Festival will also be presented in March.
