The minimum for these courses would be ten students and it would be up to the local community to organize the course group and to petition the University to supply the tapes. If it is possible to arrange for the course to be taped and an instructor can be supplied, formal applications with fees will be requested. An instructor will be sent out once a month to meet with the group and to discuss essays and program with individuals. THE NEWS Page 5 The teenagers were delighted when Miss Canada made an appearance at their dance in the Moos Hall under sponsorship of Bob Spadoni of Soheathaes There she threw her bouquet into the wildly oeanOeT iastic crowd. On Sunday morning she drove around town accom: panied by Mrs.B.Matiowsky. and Mrs. R.Sinotte. They visited the golf course, mill, dam and the dump--although the bears remained out of sight at the latter spot on the bright sunny morning. The official goodbye took place outside the Motor Hotel where Miss Canada had been staying. Mr .and Mrs .R.Sinotte drove the lovely visitor to the Lakehead where she took a plane home to Burlington. She expresse: appreciation of the hos- pitality she received and sincerely hoped that she might be able to return for a longer period some time in the future. . Anderson . Merrill . Smith . Charles .
