Ist when the Fall Festival and Fish Derby kicks off its big weekend jam packed with events. FESTIVAL NOTES (Continued from page 5 .....) Saturday, September 3rd, com- mencing at 1.30 p.m. The parade was not originally scheduled. Parade route will be from the High School down through Simcoe Plaza, across the highway and down to Lake- | view Drive, where the Soap Box Derby will take place. The parade will include the appearance of MISS CANADA. the five Queen Mermaid candidates, ponies fron McKinley's Pony Ranch, soap box racers, decorated bicycles, tricycles and doll carriages. It will be led by the Fort William Girls Pipe Band. All boys and girls who are entering the Soap Box Derby and the Decorating Contest should meet at the High School at 1:00 p.m. The Fort William Girls Pipe Band will also put.on a performance at the Arena at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday night. This Pipe Band will also be accompanied by highland dancers.
