Enroute home they visited in Haney, B.C. and at Carlyle, Sask. On July 29th Superior Airways few Mr.& Mrs.Oja, Nipigon in to Sandridge Lake, north of Pays Plat for three days of pickerel fishing. The couple were winners of the trip donated by Superior Airways as a prize on a Schreiber Curling Club draw. When picked up on August Ist they were most en- thusiastic about their whole trip. The fishing was excellent. Wieben's Resort donated the camp facil- ities, boat, motor etc. Many visitors from all points of the U.S.A. and Canada have camped, fished and checked in to Rossport the past week . Lorne Molinski and Mr.and Mrs.W.Schelling were lakehead visitors this week. Mrs .Eugene Legault is a patient in Terrace Bay Hospital . Mr .and Mrs .Chas .Todesco have their son Jack and his family, from Sarnia, visiting them. Mr .and Mrs .Romeo Bouchard and Shirley motored to Port Arthur Wednesday . Mr .and Mrs.Eugene Gerow and children have re- turned from a holiday in Eastern Ontario. On behalf of the others Mrs. Williamson and Mrs. Tommy Whitton presented a clothes hamper and set of stacking chairs and, on behalf of the Women's Insti- tute, Mrs.Harvey McCanna presented a chip and din Seq. Mr .Ted Wainikka of Montreal brought his daughter Leslie to visit her grandparents, Mr.and Mrs .
