Eino Joseph Trudeau, age 58, of Terrace Bay died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 8th, 1965 enroute to Marathon Hospital . Born in Fort William, he was married in Port Arthur to the former Ruth Jackson on July 15, 1939 and then moved to Kaministiquia _ and to Terrace Bay thirteen} -- | years ago. He had been a patrolman with the Department of 4 Highways for the past eighteen years. He was a mem- ber of Terrace Bay Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 1752 and the Civil Service Association of Ontario 7103. Surviving are his wife Ruth, two sons, Arthur of Deep River, Allen at home, two daughters, Marie, Mrs .P.Frederikson of Terrace Bay and Brenda, at home four grandchildren, one brother, Vinie of 17 Madeline St. Port Arthur, four sisters, Lulu, Mrs.S.Burke of Scott Highway, Mrs.Aune Arnold of B.C., Aili, Mrs. S.Vestervall, Kaministiquia, Helen, Mrs.O.Sabourin of Fort William, neices, nephews and other relatives. He was predeceased by one brother and one sister. The funeral was held on Tuesday, July 13 at 2:00 p.m., in the Everest Funeral Chapel, Port Arthur with Rev.K.Moffat of Westminster United Church of- ficiating. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Marius Papineau, Henri Wood, Clifford Wood, Bud McDowel, Joe Trudeau and Verma Nerneshuhta. Warrant Officer V.R.Nott, Mrs.Nott and their son Kenneth of Trenton are visiting the Forbes Macadam and Russell Macadam families. Three sisters were reunited after several years when Mrs.Norma Early and her two children from Richmond Hill Toronto were recent visitors with Mr.and Mrs. N .vienneau and Mr.and Mrs.W.Neely. Mr.Art Hughes was also a guest in their homes. Award Winners at recent St.Martin's School Gradua- tion Exercises. Front - Elaine Shynakryk and Albert Cadieux who received deportment awards from Mrs. Gale Savoy--George Dash kewytch and Nadine MacLeod who received respectively the Kiwanis Proficiency Award and the Soughton Proficiency Prize presented by Mrs.Fred Soughton and back row, Karen Edmunds who received the K.of C.Progress Award from A.Cadieux Sr. and Kristine Chepelsky.who re- eived the Legion Award from Mrs.C .Mercier . Anne and Jerry Papousek and sons returned last week from a visit with Anne's family, Mr.and Mrs. J.Holancin of Kettleby, Ont. While in the East Jerry wrote exams for his 2nd.Class Stationary Engin- erring and received his certificate last Sunday.
