PLAYGROUND PROGRAMME The Summer Playground Programme continues to attract a large number of children, and this year's promises to be one of the most successful. The Playground Leaders are doing a wonderful job in providing varied crafts and games to maintain the children's interest, ) and their efforts are being rewarded by good turnouts every day. Last Friday's Special Event Day was "Inter- national Day* and many colourful and clever costumes were displayed by the participants. The children displayed their costumes by parading through the town, and then returned to the High School Auditorium for films and. a story. All Red Cross tests for Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors will be held on July 27th, commencing at 9:30 A.M. Parents of Junior swimmers are asked to be sure to have their children at the Pool at 9:00 A.M, at the latest. SWIMMING POOL "LOST AND FOUND" Parents are requested to check immediately at the Swimming Pool for any articles of clothing which their children have lost. It is impossible to store any of these articles of clothing for any length of time since they are usually in a wet condition, and therefore they must be dispensed with as quickly as possible.
