None of it is very serious, but added together, the results cause safety hazards, unsightliness and much clean-up work, By the end of June, all of our facilities will be repaired: and repainted, WE NEED YOUR HELP TO KEEP THEM SAFE. AND. ATTRACTIVE, Parents, by spending five minutes with their children, can convince them of the danger and wastefullness of breaking bottles (especially in play areas), marking walls and signs, throwing stones at buildings, throwing debris into the wading pool or swimming area, breaking or climbing fences and all the other thoughtless acts that could be so easily stopped. In addition, when they see anyone conmitting such acts, they could help greatly by either stopping those responsible or by contacting the Recreation Office,. Other children could help .-by cautioning their more destructive playmates against causing damage, Parents and children alike should remember that the facilities belong to the people of Terrace Bay.
