Numerous questions have been put to us in the past few weeks by the Hockey minded public but the most' frequently asked question was "Are we getting any new players?", We can only say at this time that we have several New Faces in our midst, but-whether they will remain with us or not is another question. Getting Hockey players is one job,supply- ing work is another, but the most difficult task, it seems is to obtain releases from their previous clubs, so they may play for us. And as nothing yet is concrete we cannot at this time definitely say how many "new players" we will have this coming season, but if all goes according to plan we will have 9 new men trying out for positions with the "Big Blue Team" early in October, With these new men plus our last years team we'will be in a position to pick a formidable group to carry the Banner of Terrace Bay into the Hockey Fray of the N.S.H.L. in 1956-7, We also have in mind numerous money raising schemes in order to finance such a worthy contender and we know we can count on the Loyal Hockey Fans here in Terrace Bay to help make these ventures a success, The exact nature of these endeavours wiil be brought to your attention in future issues of the "News" and through other means of advertising, We would like you to feel welcome to attend all open practices of the Big Blue Team which will start some time in the early part of October and we feel sure" that due to the' rivalry which is sure to happen for some berths on the team (Cont. on page 7)
