Parent consent slips which may be obtained at the Doctors office during February must be completed by those parents who wish to have their children inoculated, All elementary school children in- cluding Grade 8 will receive polio vaceine this year if the parents so desire, The children who received two inoculations during 1955 will receive their third in March at which time the remaining children will receive their first ineeulation, Dr, M.
