C.WeL. NEWS The regular monthly meeting was held in the Church Hall Sunday evening, January 9th of the Catholic Women's League. It was decided to hold a Valentine Bridge in Hotel Terrace on February 14th. Watch the "News" for further details, Over fifty members attended the Regional Meeting of the Catholic Women's League held at 1:00 p.m. January 12th in St. Martin's Church Hall. Members were present from the Sub-divisions of Marathon, Schreiber, Nipigon and Red Rock, Father Hogan, Diocesan Director and Mrs, Carroll Diocesan President, attended from the Lakehead, Prior to the meeting a delicious luncheon was served by members of the Terrace Bay Sub-division,. Mrs, Semeniuk, President of the Terrace Bay Sub-division was in the chair for the meeting. The meeting was opened with the League prayer led by Father Hogan, following which he spoke a few words stressing the need of more spiritual work by the League, and the Great spiritual value of daily Mass, Mrs, Semeniuk: then turned the meeting over to Mrs, Carrell who spoke briefly on activities of interest throughout the sub-divisions., Father Hogan closed the meeting with a Prayer. 0-0-0 SAFETY SLOGAN INFORMATION Last week's safety slogan "YOU'RE ACCIDENT BAIT EVERY CHANCE YOU TAKE" tripped up the following people: Mrs. W.
