Ed Brady was chairman. for the occas: A toast to the Queen was made prior to the dinner. Following the dinner Dr. Mike McCausland proposed and made a most appropriate toast to the fallen which was followed by two minutes silence and the playing of the Last Post by Jim Fraser, A sing song and films followed. Jim Cummings as a member of the Armistice Dinner Committee had made some excellent paintings of a Serviceman from each service as well as the American forces. Also made was a white cross on a dark base with the soldier's helmet signifying the graves of the fallen. Other members of the committee were Bert Laundy, Forbes Cruickshank, Ken McKay, Vern Hopper, 0. Dalzell, Hugh Boudreau and Ed Brady, 0-0-0 .
