BASEBALL Last Thursday evening a small crowd of hardy adventurers sat thru 2 steady rain-~ fall to see Shift #3 and Salary play the fourth game of the season. The game was finally called after four and a half innings of play in the middle of the mild cloudburst with Shift #3 on the long end of a 5-3 score, Alf Adrian, #3 pitcher was in rare form, really mowing down the salaried sluggers.
