The Nescos, evidently concerned with Terrace Bay's All-Star lineup and smarting from defeats in the last two Terrace Bay Tourneys have beefed up their lineup with a few All-stars of their own for the coming battle Saturday. Such perennial stars as Cec Richarson, King Hollinger and Ed Scinski will team up with Peter Fuchek and Vic Blazina (who evidently both carry just under 200 averages) to present the heaviest guns ever brought to play in the Annual Tourney. In addition Wm, McBurney, Jim Williams, John Caruso, John Capulak, J. Dika, W. Fletcher and F. Humeniuk who all stand in the highest average bracket, will see action under manager Sandy Mazza. (One of the "Fabulous Mazzas" of which we have one right here in town). Terrace Bay will counter this array with two teams made up from the following high averages. For the last two years the local teams have been tough on their own alleys and have brought home the bunting. And this year they mean to make it 3 in a row, The tourney consists of 6 games total pins scratch. 3 games are bowled at 1:15 and 3 at 6:00. The tourney is open to the public free of charge, All 10 Pin bowlers are invited to the banquet and presentation of trophies and awards at 8:30.
