TEN PIN CHATTER The second night's bowling in the cur- rent Ten Pin Series has seen more records smashed, Al Lindskoog, Capt. of the Engin- eers rolled the highest series of the season to date with his games of 170, 227 and 223 for a scratch series of 620. Al's with- handicap tally of 680 places him well ahead for this prize. Mr. Lindskoog received no support from his team-mates however as they bowed to the Hardy Shift #1 gang 4 to 0. Pete Diduch's 164, 203 and 146 (513) was the second highest game of the night, and greatly assisted Whitfieldts #1 team in their victory, Whitfield's 165, 157, 140 (462) shows that these boys are going to be e tough team to beat as the series rolls along. Len Pineeult's scratch 449 along with Bill McKry's scratch 392 handily pe the Shift #1 ir Marsh's Warehousemen tied the first place sta een with Pattison's Bears by trouncing the Sechesky B B's 3 to 1 in an evenly matched battle. Len Swirhun lead the scoring with games of 120, 171, 170 (461). John Grahem's 149, 152, 156 (4577), and Solly's 140, 116, 160 (416), along with Earl Knight's 127, 140 and 135 for 402 assisted the Warehouse 5. Capt. Sechesky meade it a contest all the way with his tallies of 171, 104 and 160 (435). Todd's 168, 144, 109 (421) along with M, Smileky's 108, 156, 154 (418) gave the Ware- housemen a run for their money. Pattison's Bears humbled the Overheads 3 to 1 in an extremely close contest, The first game was decided by 4 pins the second game by 11 and the final tally by 46. Patt- ison lead the way with gemes of 139, 137 and 196 (472). Ray Stachiw's 145, 164 and 131 (440), Paul Boudreau's 159, 131, 144 (434) assisted "Pat" in his efforts, 'Shirriff was the big gun for the Over-Heads with games of 144, 154 and 174 (472). Olsen's 138, 171, 139 (448), Ostling's 190, 136, 104 (430), along with Rowlandson's 118, 149, 146 (413) made it a contest 211 the way. Chopty's Firebugs trounced the Mighty Royals 3 - 1 to place Nick's boys in a 3 way tie for 3rd place, Shubaly was Nick's anchor with games of 139, 133, 182 (454). Ruzyski's 129, 163, 160 (452), Chopty's 167, 133, 139 (439) along with Laporte's 159, 125, 134. (418) proved too much for Checkryn's Five, Capt.
