Don't forget the monthly Church Parade on Sunday, March 26th, Those attending the Community Church are to meet at the Armourics at 10:45 a.m. and those attending St. Martin's Chureh are to meet at the Armouries at 9:45 a.m. Two very successful Scout hikes have been enjoyed: tha past two Sundays, March 12th and March 19th, with three boys passing their fire lighting and cooking tests, They are; Jacob Compton, Ray Husband and John Galvin - Good Work boys - Keep it up? The purpose of this meeting is to organize Friday or Saturday night dances to be held weekly or semi-monthly, All prospective members or inter- ested parties of all ages are cordially invited to attend, o-0-0 BiDMINTON NEWS Badminton Members - just a word to remind you about Saturday night, Both Marathon and Schreiber Badminton Clubs will be our guests for a full evening of badminton, The movies have been cancelled for that night, and we can put up the courts at 7:00 p.m. sharp - Marathon will be met at the station and brought up to the Recreation Hall so badminton may commence immediately. Along about midnight lunch will be served in Teen Town. Always remember that you ae must take no chances with gasoline; it is one of the most dangerous substances in common use. 2. It must always be kept in tightly fastened cans; never in glass bottles, 3. It should never be uncovered within the house, nor at any point where it's fumes can travel to an open flame, 4. Do not use it for cleaning; get a safe cleaning preparation. 5. Gasoline in quantity should be kept in underground tanks, 6, No one should be allowed to smoke in a Garage. 7. No one should be allowed to smoke in an automobile while it's gasoline tank is being filled, Should one be so unfortunate as to have a gasoline or kerosine fire occur in a garage or house, earth or sand can be used to smother it, although the usé of s chemical extinguisher is even better.
