Their fondest dreams have been re- alized as the Club is all set to operate. The official opening will be held at the range in Bldg. No. 14 in the South Camp, on Thursday, November 17th at 7:30 p.m. All prospec tive members and the general public are cordially invited to attend this opening. This Club is something different for our Community as one does not have to be an athlete to compete, and young and old are on an equal footing as far as competition is concerned, About all one needs is a steady hand and a clear eye. Woodworth at 62 Ring 1. 0-0-0 LEGION NEWS On Remembrance Day, November 11th, many of the local Legionnaires journied to Schreiber to attend the Memorial Services. The parade was an outstand~ ing success and the organizations represented included the Schreiber Branch of the Legion, the Terrace Bay Legion Branch, The Schreiber Boy Scouts, and The Ladies Auxiliary of the Sehreibcr Branch. The Services at the Cenotaph were conducted by Rev. Roberts, and many wreaths were laid at the base of the Memorial. Comrades F. Whitfield and E. Cavanaugh placed the wreaths for the Terrace Bay Branch. Nearly three hundred people were on hand to pay their respects to the War Dead at the impressive ceremony, The local Legionnaires wish to remind all citizens of the second Chicken Shoot to be held at the Rifle Club Range, Bldg. 14 on Sunday, November 20th, beginning at 1:30 p.m. Nominations for the various Offices of the Branch will be held at the meeting of November 28th, Members are asked to note this important datc, 0-0-0 WOMEN'S INSTITUTE LikSTING The Women's Institute will hold its regular monthly meeting on Thursday, November 17 at 8 p.m, in the home of Mrs. G, Rowlandson, 85 Hudson Drive.
