: Page 4, ARGUND THE BALL FIELD House of Cavanaugh and 411 Star Girls Play Tie Game Highlight of the past week around the local sandlot was the exhibition game played on Tuesday night between the All Star Girls of Terrace Bay and "The House of Cavanaugh" an entire softball team comprised of members of the Cavanaugh family, In ell, including spares, the Cavanaughs had 11 players on hand, including Terrace Bay's Postmaster, Ed Cavanaugh, himself a grandad, (who incidentally laced out a homer with the bases loaded during the course of the game). #leven year old Terry, playing in left field, was a standout, fielding faultlessly and hitting like a vetcran, When the score was tallied at the end of the seventh it stood tied 18-18.
