Page 4, ELLEN HODGKISS AND JERRY CHOW WIN DOUBLES BADMINTON TOURNAMENT Breaking the three way deadlock which had forced a two week extention of the Doubles Badminton Tournament, Ellen Hodgkiss and Jerry Chow finally emerged as "the champs" in Terrace Bay's first bad~ minton tournament. In earning the honour the Hodgkiss-Chow combination defeated Irma Yaara and Monty Paget by a 15-12 count and also downed Grace Noer and Bert Allen 15- ou The Waara-Paget vs. Noer-Allen game which decided second spot was quite a thriller as the 16-14 score indicates, with the honours going to Irma Waara and Monty Paget.
