The appointments are effective from last Monday, September 2end, and the three man Board consists of H.C. Laundy, Personnel Director; RSs Seed, Cost Control Clerk and George Coulter, Imperial Bank Managers Mr. Laundy has been designated as Chariman and Mr. Seed as Vice-Chairman, "The Corporation of the Improvement District of Terrace Bay" was established September lst of this year by an Order of the Ontario Municipal Board.
