R. Virgin, head of penal institutions for the Province, Commenting to the press at the Lakehead regarding his visit to Terrace Bay, Mr, Dunbar said that he found Terrace Bay "very impressfve" and added that he was particularly struck with the individuality of the homes in the Townsite.
