Mickey Graver ; area manager of adult services with Ministry of Community and Social Services ; two places in Ontario named Thunder Bay ; southern Thunder Bay, small summer resort on Lake Erie ; has lived in both places ; won City of Thunder Bay Veterans Singles tennis championship ; has impressive collection of sports trophies ; spent eight years in Buffalo as field worker at start of career ; obtained master's degree in social work at State University of New York ; joined Ontario ministry in 1970 ; after racquest sports, interest in sailing ; spent two years as officer trainee at U.S. Coastguard Academy ; participated in Thunder Bay half-marathon in aid of Heart Campaign
